The REQ Center Vision

A broad boulevard linking shops, hotels and services.

People strolling between their hotel and the main arena after a restful night's sleep anxiously awaiting the national circuit bull riding show and their favorite world-class rodeo stars.

Large gooseneck live-aboard horse trailers rolling into the separate truck-trailer entrance to the east, slipping into the RV park, their horse stalls preregistered on the Internet, awaiting them at any time of the day or night.

Riders warming up along the wooded trails winding through the large buffers along Lacamas Creek and the large greenbelt and ponds bisecting the complex.

A complete visitors services destinaiton ready to serve the needs of participants and spectators looking to relax and enjoy the hospitality of Southwest Washington - that's the goal of The REQ Center!

It's much more than just a horse arena. A multipurpose facility that can draw the finest in equestrian events is just the anchor of the facility. Concerts, conventions, special events - all these combine with a selection of hotels, restaurants and shops to make this a true destination center.

We are working with investor groups looking to become a part of the tourism anchor, who see the benefits of an integrated, planned approach to visitor services, and who see The REQ Center as the anchor tenant that will draw visitors to their businesses.

The REQ Center will be the spur that drives the development of Exit 63, while allowing the adjacent towns of Winlock, Vader and Toledo to retain their small-town atmosphere and charm.

Come and be a part of this bold vision for Southwest Washington.
