By agreeing to accept these terms and conditions and selecting "PURCHASE" you agree to contract for the items and services listed on teh previous page for the membership type selected, subject to the terms and conditions at right. You will receive an email receipt for this purchase. All orders are final, subject to a 10-day cancellation period after payment is received. You will receive complete cancellation instructions on your email receipt.

You will be passed to our secure payment form where you will be asked to confirm your payment with a credit card or checking account information in the amount of $500.00 for a Buckle Club Silver Membership. Annual renewals (beginning one calendar year after opening) will be offered at no charge in exchange for an acknowledgment of current member contact information.
Funds will be held in escrow and no disbursements made until the disbursement date of January 1, 2009, unless requested in writing or email by the customer. Delivery will take a minimum of 5 weeks after the disbursement date or request for early delivery. All sales are final except for the cancellation period extended as a courtesy to our customers. The REQ Center, LLC makes no representation that the REQ Center facility will be built. You are not purchasing stock or a business interest of any kind in The REQ Center, LLC, or any associated venue, building or event, program or consideration, nor any part of, component of, interest in or consideration in or for any public facility district, real estate offering or interest, or any other business entity.
Unused funds in escrow will be held until construction has begun on The REQ Center facility, less payment for items delivered, donations made, or services rendered as indicated above. In the event the REQ Center project is dissolved, your membership fee less any amounts (as detailed below) for delivered merchandise, donations made, or services rendered, will be returned within 90 days of dissolution to the address listed on the membership application.
A separate receipt will be mailed to you after payment is received for your donation to the Lewis County Literacy Council. No employee or agent of the Lewis County Literacy Council, The REQ Center, LLC or its assigns, will make any assertions beyond the delivery of the goods and services stated herein, or services as advertised in the event the REQ Center is opened. All memberships are for an annual basis only, except that Club Members will automatically be members in good standing up until and through the first complete year of REQ Center operations regardless of when they purchase their membership. Annual renewals will be offered at no charge for Club Members in exchange for an update of current member contact information. Club Members may retain their delivered merchandise, and their place on the memorial, even if the membership is not renewed after the membership period has elapsed. Only members "in good standing" are eligible for ongoing offerings.

Distribution of membership fees:
Silver: $75.00 - The REQ Center (or its assigns) for buckle, shipping and handling; $100.00 - Lewis County Literacy Council; $50.00 - Memorial tile. All funds will be placed in escrow at Sterling Savings Bank, Winlock, WA., until distribution.
