About The REQ

The REQ Center is a 7,000 seat climate-controlled sports entertainment complex planned for Lewis county that will excite fans from Seattle to Portland. We are seeking investors to form a development corporation to build and operate The REQ Center.

The Problem - There is no SAFECO Field for the performance sports market in Washington State. When top ranked rodeo or other performance sporting events come to Washington, they play in county fairgrounds or cavernous antiquated buildings. All over the country new facilities are being built to cash in on the explosion of rodeo and bull riding, regional and national equestrian shows, and all kinds of performance spectator sports. Everywhere except in Washington State.

The Solution - We will build a 7,000 seat indoor performance sports arena in Lewis County, the geographic center of a six million fan base living within a two hour drive time. The REQ Center will be a spectator-centric arena that will sell out for the rodeo, the country concert, and the statewide agricultural exposition.

We will promote the facility by first signing a minimum of six to ten anchor tenants, such as professional PRCA1 sanctioned rodeo, PBR2 sanctioned bull riding, a major national riding association and a country concert series.

The REQ Center, LLC will be the developer, the operator and the promoter of indoor sports venues in southwest Washington. The heart of the opportunity is the real estate venture of The REQ Center in one of the prime development areas of Washington state on the I-5 corridor.

The success of The REQ Center will be built upon the raw, almost primal appeal of rodeo and other high energy performance sports. We will build a strong management team to produce events that are fan-centric, where the ticket buyer is recognized as the reason for being in business, and develop a sales team that maximizes revenue through advance ticket sales, corporate sponsorship packages, and quality retail operations.

We have secured partial state funding opportunities with the successful passing of legislation allowing Lewis County to form a Public Facilities District, and are seeking investment capital for the operations and construction components of the project.

We have an aggressive timeline for the development of The REQ Center so stay tuned for frequent updates as to our progress.
